JB Laser offers fantastic flexibility for your engraving requirements. We currently use two lasers for our laser marking projects: A gantry-based CO2 50-watt laser and an air-cooled, diode-pumped 20-watt Nd: YVO4 (Vana-date) device.
Gantry-Based Laser
Our 50-watt CO2 laser system has an engraving window of 30”W x 20” x 9”D, which enables us to handle a wide range of marking jobs. We combine this with in-house design and fabrication capabilities to deliver the results you want faster.
JB Laser can also design custom jigs to help maximize output and drive per-unit cost down. Thanks to our extensive experience and well-honed jig techniques, we’ve given customers the ability to reduce engraving expenses and save a significant amount of money.
Vanadate Laser
Our Vanadate laser’s 3.2” and 11.0” engraving field allows it to deliver excellent engraving depth. At the same time, it preserves the cosmetic appearance of many materials.
Ideal for anodized aluminum parts with precise engravings at high speed. This means that we can get work done faster and at a lower cost to you.
