For custom or complicated parts, JB Laser offers CNC machining services. CNC machining is an automated fabrication process that follows precise measurements, so your parts will be exactly as you need them and can be created in bulk.

JB Laser's equipment and experience allow us to provide superior custom work and flexibility. Our CNC metal operations utilize the following equipment.

CNC Laser

Our CNC Laser uses a focused, high-powered laser beam to customize marks or engraving. Its unique design and operation make it highly accurate, especially when cutting intricate shapes and small holes. We use Trumpf 1030, which has a 5'x10' laser bed.

CNC Press Brake

Our CNC press brake bends sheet metal and sheet metal components to various profiles and designs. With 10 feet of available bending length coupled with 110+ tons-force, we can bend your production part or prototype efficiently and accurately.

CNC Tube Bender

Our CNC tube bender can form complex, high-precision bends, making it a much better option than manual bending. Tube bending can be used for a wide range of applications. Our expert technicians are capable of CNC bending 1/2" to 3" OD.

CNC Tube Roller

Our CNC tube roller can provide square, round, flat, and angle rolls in a variety of materials. This powerful machine provides precision and accuracy, allowing for part-to-part consistency in any project.
